Crate Features
High strength: The Rebul Crate has experience supporting objects in excess of 1 tonne*, packed inside and on top of the crate. This crating strength and durability can be easily increased, depending on the requirements and period of use.
Board tested compression strength: 2.3 tonne.
28th April 2005, tested in accordance International Standard ISO 12048, Amcor Research and Technology, Victoria, Australia.
Robust and durable: An experienced design to sustain the tough environments of road, air and sea freight.
Design successfully tested to UN Packaging requirements, which include:
Stacking strength of 1.5 tonne
Drop test from 800mm, with Rebul Pack of dimensions 1000 x 1000 x 740mm, filled with sand.
High shock absorption: the 100% paper board material is of specialised design to absorb high levels of shock, providing greater levels of protection for delicate objects.
Low abrasion: Better protection for sensitive surfaces, greatly reducing the risk of scratching or rubbing. This also reduces the quantity of internal wrapping and padding usually needed.
LIGHT - A fraction the weight of wood, for easier, safer carrying
Easier packing / unpacking - From any side, without the need for any tools
Flat Pack - Ease of storage, transport or reuse
EXPORT: Avoids the need for fumigation, as required with wooden crating
