Honeycomb Board
Honeycomb board can be used alongside edgeboard and angle board, or on its own. It has strong shock-absorptive qualities and can be customised to wrap around corners.
Angle Board (Right-Angle Edgeboard)
Designed to reinforce palletised goods, this angle board strengthens corners and prevents crushing during stacking and transport. It provides exceptional load stability, reducing the risk of product damage from strapping, shrink-wrapping, or handling.
Wrap Around Edgeboard
A flexible edgeboard that wraps around curved surfaces such as furniture and coils of material. This edge protector is available in continuous reel lengths or cut to custom lengths, profiles and specifications, with 50 x 50 x 3mm reels in stock.
Corner Protector Edgeboard
A specialised piece of corner board, cut to size, that protects delicate edges and corners from impact and crush damage during transit.
U board and U foam
U foam can be used alongside edgeboard and angle board, or on its own, providing a snug fit around edges and corners. It absorbs shocks, prevents dents and scratches, and ensures products remain intact throughout shipping.
Partial Cut Angle Board
Partial cut angle board has shallow cuts along the inside of the profile, so it can be bent around uneven or angled corners without breaking or splitting. It’s useful where a straight L-shaped edgeboard won’t sit flush, giving you a protective wrap that follows the shape of the load.
Perforated Angle Board
Perforated angle board has tear lines built into the profile, so it can be cut to length by hand without a blade. It’s commonly used under strapping on stacked pallets, where the perforations let you size each piece to the load on site.
Strapping Edgeboards
Strapping edgeboards sit under pallet strapping to protect corners from the strap cutting in. They spread the tension of the strap across the corner instead of concentrating it on one point, which protects both the packaging and the product underneath. Also referred to as strapping corner board.
Self-Adhesive Edgeboards
Self-adhesive edgeboard has an adhesive strip built into the profile, protected by a removable tape. Peel back the tape and the edgeboard sticks in place on the pallet or load, so it stays put during wrapping and transit without extra taping.
Add and Stick Edgeboard
Add and stick edgeboard is applied with adhesive during packing rather than arriving with a pre-applied peel-and-stick strip, so it’s fixed in place by hand as part of the wrapping process. It gives you more control over placement on irregular loads where a self-adhesive strip isn’t practical.
Flat Board
Flat board is a strong, recyclable alternative to materials like hardboard, MDF and chipboard, which are harder to recycle at end of life. It’s supplied as a flat sheet rather than pre-formed into an L-shape or channel, so it can be cut and folded to a custom profile on site. Available cut to length or by the roll, so you can cut multiple lengths from one roll and cut down on waste.
